Get outside and play

A blast in the fresh air is just what you need to beat cabin fever. Here are some fun things to do outside with your preschooler.

1. Let your child help you in the garden. They’ll love picking cherry tomatoes or baby carrots.
2. Go outside and collect “treasures” from nature.
3. Make a mud pie.
4. Feed stale bread to the birds or visit a duck pond.
5. Get out the bikes and ride-ons and build a circuit.
6. If it’s wet, put on your gumboots and coats and jump through the puddles.
